This print is a significant contribution to Erik Dahlbergh's ambitious project, which aimed to document Sweden's architectural heritage and historical sites. The plate records the medieval royal tombs of Magnus Ladulås and Karl Knutsson within Riddarholm Church, the kingdom's principal royal mausoleum.
