A hand-coloured lithograph from Emile Thézard's La Maison Pour Tous, a pattern book of affordable villa designs published in Dourdan, c. 1900.

Original title: La Mignonne. Z. Oget, architect. Plate 7. Printed by E. Delamotte, Paris.

Thézard's publication offered detailed architectural plans — façades, cross-sections, and floor layouts — for middle-class families seeking affordable suburban and country homes during the Belle Époque. Oget's charmingly named design illustrates the period fashion for giving modest villas evocative names, lending character to otherwise economical constructions.

Chromolithograph on paper. Sheet size approximately 34.2 × 26.6 cm. Good condition, with some light foxing and age toning to the margins.
