Jacques Hincelin was a Parisian wallpaper designer active during the height of the Art Deco movement, producing surface patterns for the French papiers peints industry. His designs balance organic motifs with the geometric rigour that defined the period, reflecting the broader French move toward synthesising natural beauty with modernist abstraction in the wallpaper design of the 1920s.
